Returns & refund claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date. Sales are considered final at time of purchase unless one of the following exceptions applies:

Incorrect item received: If the item delivered to you does not match the item on your receipt or purchase order, email pictures of the items with your order number to info@industries.direct - a 100% refund will be issued and/or the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Item damaged or defective: If the correct item is delivered to you & upon inspection you deem the item to be damaged or not functional, email info@industries.direct with your order number, contact phone number, and a picture of the damage or defect. A replacement item will be immediately shipped at no additional cost, or a 100% refund will be issued back to your customer account.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are offered immediately for no additional cost if the item received does not match the item ordered, or if the item is damaged and/or defective upon delivery.

If the product delivered will not work for your intended purpose (I.E the base plate on a set of caster wheels is slightly too big to mount properly) call (469) 770-8423 or email info@industries.direct. Once a return tracking number is provided to us for the item you received, the payment for that original product will be deducted from the total cost of your new product. If the deduction is larger than the new cost of the product, the difference will be added as store credit to your account.
Refunds:
A full refund will be issued if your order meets one of the conditions previously stated, and you do not wish to have the item exchanged.
